Shipping & Returns

Shipping rates are to continental US destinations. Smaller packages will also ship at the same rates to Alaska and Hawaii. For large shipments, like electric bikes, power chairs, and mobility scooters, email us and we will provide a custom shipping quote. Reduced shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Email your address for a custom quote.

There is no sales tax charge for shipments outside of Texas.

We ship products Monday - Friday. Shipment is usually made within 24 hours after
payment is received.  

We use UPS, USPS, Fedex or a freight carrier for the fastest delivery. Most products are received within 3-5 business days.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships, you can then track the
package from the shipping company's website with your tracking number.

UPS shipments can be tracked at www.ups.com.

All shipments are insured. This means that YOU are insured against damage or loss by the shipping company. If there are any problems with your delivery, contact us at 512-476-0500.

Customers can pick up their online purchase at our Austin retail location. The address is 2041 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX  78704. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange pick up.

Return Policy

We accept returns on defective products, parts, or accessories for seven days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Defective products, parts, or accessories parts must be returned within 7 days.

Any return of non-defective products, parts, or accessories must be approved by R Martin and may be subject to
a 25% inspection and repackaging fee. Damages that occur during return shipping are the responsibility of the
individual returning the bike or parts and will be deducted from any refund due.

Returns are never accepted on products that have been used. All returns must be in new, unopened condition.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery at 877-324-5329 . Supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. R Martin will assist you by either providing replacement parts or technical assistance to solve the problem. In the event that the damaged or defective product must be returned, we will assist with shipping arrangements. If you do not contact Customer Service within 7 days, in the event that the product needs to be returned, you will be fully responsible for all return shipping charges. Damage must be documented by written description and/or pictures.

If there is significant visible damage to the carton upon reciept, request that the driver note the damage and request a claim be filed with the carrier for damage. You should also immediately contact an R Martin service representative at 877-324-5329.
 
R Martin accepts returns only with an RMA authorization. To request authorization for return, fill out  the Service Request form.
Standard Return Shipping
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Send the return package to the following address:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • To receive a refund or credit, items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment date.
